Nev joined Action Homeless in 2024.
Since beginning his career in Social Housing, he has worked in Local Government, the private sector and now is an Executive Director for national charity, Leonard Cheshire. His breadth of experience enables him to help organisations become more commercial but retain their social purpose and he delivers performance improvement and transforms organisations by creating a compelling case for change.
On joining Action Homeless he said;
” I am delighted to have the opportunity to become a Trustee and bring my experience to support colleagues providing essential services to people in Leicester. I fundamentally believe that everyone has the right to good quality, safe, secure housing and that people often find themselves without that for several different complex and connected reasons. Support is often not about the building but ensuring a network of support for individuals and the ability to create pathways for people to secure a sustainable future.”
