Action Homeless is seeking a part-time house keeper to assist with our winter beds project. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in our communal areas and for cleaning and preparing rooms to be used by individuals who have experience of rough sleeping.
Experience of domestic or commercial cleaning, working in accordance to set procedures and an understanding of Health and Safety are essential.
Ideally you should have a general interest in working within the homeless services and enjoy working with people.

Experienced Homeless Services Sessional Workers required
Salary: £10.30 per hour
Want to earn some extra cash over the Christmas period? Action Homeless is seeking individuals who have experience of working within homeless services to join our sessional team and provide staff cover on an as and when it may be required basis.
We will be seeking staff cover for a variety of shifts over the festive season including 9am-5pm, 12noon-10pm and sleep-in shifts which also receive a sleep-in allowance of £71.00 per shift.
Duties will include working within a small team assisting with the day to day running of our temporary accommodation including booking in new clients, rent collection, and providing housing management.
