Allison is a Chartered Human Resources Professional with over 20 years’ experience in HR management and leadership roles. For the past 14 years Allison has had a dual role as a Company Director and as a Senior HR Consultant, providing advice and support to a wide range of organisations. Prior to this she worked for 5 years in a senior, strategic HR role within a FTSE 100 Company. Allison has an MA in Humanities from the University of York and a BA (Hons) Politics & Sociology from the University Leeds. Originally from Leicestershire, Allison now lives and work locally.
