Community support raises over £21,000 for Winter Appeal campaign

Action Homeless would like to thank everyone that donated, fundraised, and volunteered this Christmas.

We believe that everyone has the right to a home but recognises that there is a lack of good quality affordable housing in Leicester. That is why our aim is to have created 100 new units of accommodation in the city by the end of this year. We are well on our way to achieving that target and thanks to your support are going into 2018 with funds to get started on our next property.

Your generosity also enabled us to feed hundreds of people in need, making sure no-one went hungry over the festive period, and give out gifts to children and adults affected by homelessness to help spread a little Christmas cheer.

Read our Winter Appeal Newsletter to see everything you helped us achieve over Christmas.
