James joined Action Homeless as a Trustee in 2022.
Originally from Leicester, James has held Director and Managing Director/CEO roles of an engineering company, which operates in the UK and overseas, for the last 12 years. With a wide knowledge and experience spanning strategy, corporate governance, health & safety, environmental and quality compliance as well as project management and people development, James brings a range of skills to the Board.
On joining Action Homeless, James said ‘Being appointed as a Trustee is a unique opportunity to contribute to the complex challenges around homelessness. It is about giving my time and strategic-thinking expertise which represents an exciting step-up from previous donating or volunteering experiences.’
