Our services remain open as usual. However, we are following government advice and adopting necessary precautions to protect the people we support and our staff team.
Homeless or at Risk?
If you are homeless or at risk please contact Leicester City Council Housing Options on 0116 454 1008 (Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm) or use their online services.
Our Duty Desk drop-in service has closed but it can still be contacted for signposting if you are facing homelessness or are worried that you might be in the near future.

For emergency food and COVID-19 related crisis support please email your name and a contact number to C19support@leicester.gov.uk
A member of council staff will then call back between 9.30am and 4pm Monday to Friday and your application will be completed over the phone. More information is available here.

However, due to government advice about home working someone may not always be available immediately to answer you. Please leave a message and we will return your call. General enquiries can also be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are dropping off donations please call ahead to ensure someone will be in, we cannot guarantee that donations left at the door will be safely received.
