Complaints, Compliments and Suggestions

Anybody who comes in to contact with our services is welcome to submit a complaint, compliment or suggestion about our services or treatment that they have received.

We hope that most complaints can be dealt with informally by talking to a member of staff at one of our projects.

However, if the outcome of your informal complaint is unsatisfactory you are welcome to submit a formal complaint by filling out our complaints form and returning it to a member of staff or to the Central Services address above.
